Paul lives in Rathpatrick, Slieverue, Via Waterford (he doesn't like to acknowledge that he lives in Kilkenny - Paul Grant asserts that he is in denial). Paul is married to Imelda (who is the long suffering recipient of the apology contained in "Different Dreams") and has three children - Conor, Anna and Lauren.

Although it is rumoured that Paul Foskin is to Camnoc what Andrew Ridgley was to Wham, Paul would hotly deny this. His poetry compliments and even elevates the melodies in many of the songs on the album. His is the imagery which resonates in the mind after the last notes of the song have faded. He also makes a great cup of tea.
